• Work with customer engineers and production personal

• Retrieve suspect parts from customers and return them to you for analysis

• Sign offs for SREAs

• Assist in PPAP and PTR submissions

• Prompt e-mailed reports

• Set up outside sorting companies due to suspect products

• Maintain a good working relationship with the customer

• Provide production changes and schedules as they become available
