I would like to take a moment and introduce myself. I am the owner of J Rich Representatives Inc., a consulting firm that provides clients with customer service and support in program management and quality issues. I have been working in the automotive for over 15 years, specializing in customer quality support and quality containment. I am able to build a positive relationship with your customer within a few customer visits. 

 

If you would like a quote for my services, I would be happy to provide one to you. I would also be happy to provide to you a list of current plants I already visit.

 

I have experience in Manufacturing, Product Launch Coordination, and Logistics Management. I can assist with issues such as quality, packaging, delivery, PTR, PPAP, SREA, and any emergency quality issues including set-up, and supervision of outside sorting company’s.

 

Listed below are some of the services I can provide:

 

• Regular visits to customer facilities to analyze and assist in quality issues

• Periodic visits to the assembly line to discuss your products

• Review and assist in 7 step and 8-D presentations

• Work with customer engineers and production personal

• Retrieve suspect parts from customers and return them to you for analysis

• Sign offs for SREAs

• Assist in PPAP and PTR submissions

• Prompt e-mailed reports

• Set up outside sorting companies due to suspect products

• Maintain a good working relationship with the customer

• Provide production changes and schedules as they become available
